• Initial Contact

  • Contact NextHome Ghana via WhatsApp, phone call, or the online contact form.

  • Receive a prompt response within 24 hours.

• Free Consultation

  • NextHome Ghana proposes dimensions, sends sample building designs with estimates during a free consultation.

​

• Terms and Conditions

  • Prospective clients receives terms and conditions for review and questions.

​

• Proforma Invoice:

  • A proforma invoice detailing the cost and payment plan for the chosen service is sent and received.

​

• Payment:

  • If Design and Build: Pay a 1% commitment fee that will be part of the design process.

  • If Design Only: Pay 50% to initiate the design process.

​

• Design Process:​

  • Customization of the chosen architectural design based on client specifications.

  • Design completion within 4 - 8 weeks, depending on complexity.

• Client Review and Approval:

  • Client reviews the drawings and provides approval.

​

• Document Printing (Design only):

  • Allow 1 week for printing and endorsement of documents.

​

• Building Services with Existing Plan (Building only):

  • If the client has a building plan, a commitment fee is paid (non-refundable, 1% of estimated construction cost).

• A Bill of Quantities is produced within one week (Building only).

​

• Site Visit:

  • Arrange a visit to the land or site by the architect (at client's expense).

• Contract Negotiation and Signing:

  • After the site visit, negotiate and sign the construction contract.

• Mobilization and Site Setup:

  • Mobilization and site setup/preparation for construction within 2 weeks.

• Construction and Supervision:

  • NextHome Ghana supervises the construction thoroughly until completion.
