DESIGN FEE
At NextHome Ghana, our commitment is to deliver not just a building but an innovative and personalized space that exceeds your expectations. The design fee reflects the dedication and attention to detail that goes into crafting a home that truly resonates with your vision and lifestyle.
For design services provided, we charge a design fee to ensure the creation of a tailored and exceptional plan for your project. This fee covers the expertise and creativity invested in conceptualizing, planning, and finalizing the design elements specific to your needs and preferences.
The estimated cost of construction shall form the basis of the Design Fees.
The estimated cost of construction includes expenses associated with labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, overhead, and profit.
NextHomes’s estimated cost of construction for a residential building is valued at $350.00 per square meter. This includes the cost of the building framework and the finishes excluding furniture and personal wares.

Inception: Inception refers to the initial stage of a project where the project's objectives, requirements, and constraints are identified and defined. It involves the gathering of essential information, discussions with the client to understand their needs and goals, and the formation of a clear project brief. The inception stage sets the foundation for the entire project and helps ensure that subsequent design and construction stages are aligned with the client's vision.
-
Architectural Drawings: Architectural drawings encompass various plans, elevations, sections, and details that describe the design and layout of the building. These drawings communicate information about room layouts, window and door placements, dimensions, finishes, and other aesthetic and functional elements. They serve as a blueprint for the construction process.
-
Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Drawings: The creation of Structural, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) drawings involves technical and detailed documentation of the building design.
-
Structural Drawings: Structural drawings provide technical information about the building's structural components, including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and other load-bearing elements. These drawings are crucial for ensuring that the building's structure is safe, stable, and capable of supporting the intended loads.
-
Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Drawings: MEP drawings detail the various systems within the building, including electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and fire protection. These drawings show the routing of pipes, conduits, ducts, and other components required to make the building functional and efficient.
At NextHome Ghana, we offer you the flexibility to pay in convenient installments, ensuring a seamless and transparent experience. Our payment terms are divided into two phases: an initial 50% before the building design phase and the remaining 50% upon completion of drawings. This approach empowers you with control and transparency, aligning payments with project milestones. Once all phases are complete, and documents are released, the total payment of 100% signifies the successful conclusion of your project. At NextHome Ghana, we're not just building homes; we're crafting an experience tailored to your satisfaction.
